$25.00 Administrative Fee on Delinquent Accounts effective June 1, 2006

By resolution adopted on May 23, 2006 by the Pine Grove Joint Treatment Authority,
effective June 1, 2006, Delinquent Accounts will be assessed a
$25.00 Per Unit Administrative Fee.

Further, that the written rules, regulations, and policy documentation
of the Authority are hereby amended to reflect this change.

Billing Alerts:

The Authority actively pursues DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS with
WATER SHUT OFF,
DISCONNECTION OF SEWAGE SERVICE,
& LIEN PLACEMENTS.
Water will be shut off for a minimum of one night and will not be requested to be turned back on
until PAYMENT IN FULL IS RECEIVED IN THE OFFICE LOCATED AT 115 Mifflin STREET.

Payments on Delinquent Accounts MUST be made at the Mifflin Street Office
to ensure timely credit to the account.

Billing format is a POST CARD Format.

Authority ALERT:

Nor shall any surface or spring water be connected to the sewer line.

		The Authority is actively pursuing the removal of unlawful discharge into to the sewer
		system.

		If you have a non wastewater connection to the sewer, please redirect it as soon as
		possible. If you need assistance or would like an inspection to verify the connection, click here.

6.02 MANDATORY CONNECTION
The owner of all houses, buildings, or properties used for human occupancy, employment,
recreation, or other purposes, situate within the Sewer Treatment Area and abutting on any
street, alley or right of way in which there is now located or may in the future be located in a
public sanitary sewer of the Authority, is required at his expense to install suitable toilet
facilities therein, and shall connect such facilities directly with the proper public sewer within
sixty (60) days after date of official notice to do so if provided that said public sewer is within
one hundred fifty (150) feet of the primary building.

Emergency Flood Relief Policy
This policy is in effect for properties condemned due to the recent T S Lee event
and can relieve 4 months of sewer rents (September through December 2011).
Affected property owners: Provide a copy of your condemnation letter along with a
letter stating the condition of the dwelling and your time frame to remodel, etc. A
request for temporary rate reduction can also be submitted simultaneously.
