| $25.00 Administrative Fee on Delinquent Accounts effective June 1, 2006 By resolution adopted on May 23, 2006 by the Pine Grove Joint Treatment Authority, effective June 1, 2006, Delinquent Accounts will be assessed a $25.00 Per Unit Administrative Fee. Further, that the written rules, regulations, and policy documentation of the Authority are hereby amended to reflect this change. |

| Down spouts, foundation drains, and sump pumps are NOT allowed to be discharged into the public sewer system. Anyone found discharging into the system is subject to a $500.00 fine. |

| Rate Increase Base rate increase is effective January 1, 2011. The base rate for 20,000 gallons will increase from $125.00 to $140.00. Billings are mailed quarterly.
