Utility Invoices are billed quarterly and mailed by the 10th of the following months:

*     January     *     April     *     July     *     October     *

Payment is due within 30 days from the date of the invoice.  
Due date is always posted on the invoice.

Delinquent Invoices are mailed AFTER the 11th of the following months:  

*     February     *     May     *     August     *     November     *

A $25.00 per unit Administrative Fee is assessed quarterly as of June 1, 2006 for all flat rate
users.  Five (5%) Percent will be assessed quarterly on all unpaid metered rate users.

Delinquent accounts not paid by the due date will be referred to legal counsel for
enforcement measures.

Additional Fees will be charged to accounts for administrative expenses, certified letters,
returned checks, lien placement, sheriff sale, and water shut off services.
